I must be the world's biggest dumdum because I still cannot find the relay box!!! Is it under the fuse box? I cannot find any oval shape like in the drawing....I've removed all the hold down screws for the fuse box and it will not lift high enough to look underneath.

The wiper relay in a Pontiac Vibe is located in the under hood fuse box. With the ignition in the ON position, accessory voltage is supplied through the 25A WPR fuse to the WIPER relay, the WIPER HI relay and the WSH relay that are all located in the underhood fuse block.
Possibility: Relays located in the IPM located inside the engine compartment. Front Wiper On/Off Relay. Front Wiper Hi/Low Relay, Horn Relay, and/or Accessory Relay
These Relays may be bad. Switch similiar size and type and check functions.
