I need a diagram for a 2008 dodge avenger drive belt 2.4L 4cylinder

Dash lights are complicated as power is supplied by a ribbon cable that also does other features. Check the Light Dimmer wheel first as that is the main reason for having no dash lights..

Is it not on top of your radiator area, or underside of hood? What engine?

under the hood their is a decal of how the belt is run the decal is up front by the radiator
