I have a 2000 mercury villager. I live in Chicago. I have tremendous rusting on both the driver and passenger sides of the vehicle where the gold paint is(vehicle is two toned). The rust is so bad that you can actually put your hands into some of the spaces where it has eaten away. Recently, I have been noticing other mercury villagers with the same issue and have photographs of two vehicles I have most recently seen. Is there any recourse with Ford regarding this issue? it's 1-2-3-4-5-6.

#1 is on the passenger side rear and #3 & #5 are also on the back.

#2 is in front on passenger side. #4 & #6 are across the front.
