pull the ashtray out and check on the bracket of it you might have to unscrew and look on top side. If not there pull glove box all the way down, will require depressing tabs on side and check on it. It has been a few years since fooling with one but rember being there.

Radio code for honda prelude
The code should be on top of your radio, the only thing you got to do is remove the plastic that goes around the AC controls and stereo. You can either unscrew the radio it self or the AC controls. I have done this a few times just because I misplace the code and of course I have to remove the battery cable to perform certain jobs.
