Head bolts and head gaskets. Let's see, you will need a lower and upper intake set as well. These head gaskets usually blew because bad fan relays caused the gaskets to blow and warped the heads. Ford used cheap oil pressure switches that leaked as well.

If you go to any good parts store (Autozone, Advance, etc...) buy a head gasket set - it includes every gasket you need to do job.

I changed my head gasket on my 2000 Ford Taurus ses would I have to get them pressure tested

If you've already changed the head gasket why would you need to get the cylinder heads pressure tested now? It's too late for that. That's something you do BEFORE you replace head gaskets.

HOW TO REPLACE UPPER AND LOWER GASKET

This is going to be a pain, due to the age and rust. I assume when you say upper exhaust gasket. You are referring to the manifold to head gasket. If so you need to soak the stud/nuts with PB Blaster lube then back out the nuts, to remove the manifold. For the lower gaskets I assume you are referring to the donut gaskets where the pipes meet, I am pretty sure this model does not use donut gaskets.

How much will a head gasket for a 2000 ford taurus cost

if it is just one and the mechanic is reasonable and there is no other damage ,ie main bearings, valves, cylinders scored, around 800 per head gasket and if one head needs to be shaved you better get the other head shaved and gasket replaced..i had my 2000 taurus done for 1200 couple years ago. it ran for a few years then developed low compression from the coolant leaking into the cylinders..never had luck with mine hope you are having better luck

Do i need to replace the oil pump strainer when i replace the oil pump for 1999 ford taurus or repale any other gaskets besides the oil pan gasket

The strainer would need to be completely clean and undamaged or bent, Then okay. Ususally the pan does not come right out, and you have to release motor mounts, and raise the engine.

Will not back up or go forward

Yrs, Have the pan dropped, the valve body dropped and gaskets replace , new filter and oil. It gets deep and expesive beyond that Make sure the oil level is correct and there is nothing wrong with the linkage before going further., Like first. Good luck
