You will need to check the wiring under the bumper where the trailer wiring is with a test light and with the different lights working.you will probably have to move back in the wiring by 6" and retest until you find were the loss of power is.you don`t say if all the lights don`t work or just certain ones.the brown wire is the tail light, green is the right signal light, yellow is the left signal light and white is the ground wire.you could have broken wires at the trailer hook up itself.

Sounds like it's worn out, best take into the shop for repair, should only cost $20 with parts.

My 2006 dodge diesel has a blown fuse and no trailor light operation. Replaced fuse but still no lights.

Take a 12 volt test light and see if there is power to the connector at the back of the vehicle. Chances are that there is a broken wire on the trailer itself. They like to break around metal hangers that hold the wires. Good luck.

NO TRAILER AUX. POWER ON 2006 DODGE RAM 3500 DIESEL MANUAL TRANS 2 WHEEL DRIVE CREW CAB DUALLY

if you are trying to hook up your trailer lights, but there is no pigtail .most all trucks now have a harness behind the tag or rear bumper that will come apart and most parts stores sell a device that will go in between the two haves that makes easy work out of hooking the lights in. without cutting wires and the price is not that expensive

I am not getting power off of my trailer plug for my drivers side directional and brake light but it works on the truck. There is no power at the terminal or the wiring too the back of the trailer plug....

Id say your pig tail to the trailor is having high resistance or a wire is cracked, Follow the pigtail under bumper, It plugs into main harness, Disconnect and look for damage or a dry white powder. If everything else works as you say? And your positive the vehical being toweds lighting works on another vehical? than the pig tail is bad, replace at any local parts store

Crossed up live wires with ground on the trailer harness, check the truck fuses for the lights they might be blown.

# 1 check fuse # 17 to see if it's blowed if so check the wire next to the back bumper and see if it's have a trailer hook-up put in if so unplug the hook-up and replug in the tail lights and replace the fuse and try that
