I believe you have a valid issue with your dealer. I would speak to the owner and tell him you wish to return the car as a "lemon". If he has a problem with either repairing or replacing under warranty, I would call Hyundai and ask for someone in charge of either customer satisfaction or the dealer's account. I would also after explaining my problem, tell them I am considering filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Dept. of Consumer Affairs. Do these things in a calm, rational fashion and smile at them because you are in the right. Best regards, Don Tucker
