Should be under the vehicle along frame-follow fuel line from fuel tank

it is an internal fuel pump located underneath the back seat..

you have a injector shorting out this is interfering with the fuel injector driver in the computer.the fuel filter is located under car by fuel tank.you will need to take your car to a shop to ohm out which injector is bad. hope this helps this is pretty common problem in gm 90 cars.

Hello there
itsalmos identical location of the '93 Lumina it's almost dead center of the underneath of the
car. It is a rather simple change out.
first spray the nut with
WD40, then holding one side firm just unloosen the other side. Be
careful under a little bit of pressure and fuel will come out. Next you
have to remove the cover thing on the other side by sliding it back.
Push down on those two tabs and pull, should come right apart.

filter: check underneath the car's driver side just in front of the rear wheel.
fuel relay: Under dash on the right side above the kick panel.
