fans coming on is a system check. first have the computer scanned to make sure no codes are set causing this. have fuel pressure checked. check the relay for the pump. not seen many fuel pumps go and stop intermittently usually they freeze and may start once or twice but just die and dont come back. with a pressure gauge connected see if the problem will occur again while the gauge is connected and loss of fuel pressure falls off. hope this helps
Just guessing but is there a security system in htis car?
Being a 95 it may have a factory security, the key does it have a chip built in?
You can bypass and use a regular key,
if none of these apply check idle air,
What you are describing sounds like the alternator is starting to fail. Most part stores don't charge to check the battery and alternators now so you may want to have it checked out.
Try checking fuel pressure again with a guage on the fuel rail. If you still notice the pressure is low and you know the fuel pump is good, the fuel pressure regulator may be bad. Sometimes you can tell by unplugging the vacuum hose from it and if you see gas that means the diaphram is leaking. If everything checks out with the fuel system a bad EGR valve or EGR valve solenoid can cause cars to sort of stall under half throttle. Good luck and keep me posted.
