The windows won't unroll and the dome light won't come on. I think it might be a fuse but I don't have the diagram.

The HUGE MAXI FUSE is probably burned... IF I remember correctly, it is a 80 or 100 Amp

Some of the Dome lights have a 3 position switch. Completely off, completely on, and working when doors open.

I don't have a diagram, but you will just have to pull fuses out individually and check, or use a flashlight/torch and sine it from the back side of the fuses of they are the clear type. You can often view the filament then to see if it has burned out.

fuse needs to be replaced. probably in the engine compartment or under dash.

There are 2 fuse boxes / fuse panels in nearly every Ford product: one directly above the driver's left foot (when the driver is actually sitting in the driver's seat). The other is inside the engine compartment, on the right side - contains high current fuses.
The window fuses should be in the fuse box inside the car. It appears that fuses #10 (30AMP), #11 (15AMP) and #26 (10AMP) are the only relevant fuses associated with the power window circuit for this vehicle, according to the Ford wiring diagram. Hope this helps.

I think replacing fuse #26 should fix both the windows and the dome light.

I found a paritally blown fuse. When the fuse blew metal pieces ended up partially making contact. After replacing the fuse everything worked great.
