Sounds like the door hinges are worn. Determine if it is the hinges or the hinge pin that is worn. It it is only the pins, which is unlikely, you can just replace these, if it is the hinges, the complete hinges will have to be replaced.
Remove the bolts that connect the bottom hinge to the door, then add a couple washers between the door and the hinge. This will correct the "sag" at the back of the door and it's a lot easier (and cheaper) than replacing the pins. Good luck
The bushings in the hinges are worn, you may be able to adjust the hinges ot the latch strickers to correct the alignment. If they are worn badly they may have to have new bushings and pins installed or the hinges replaced.
