What you have is a rear cylinder leak, and luckily it is an easy fix. You can go to any auto parts store and pick up a cylinder repair/rebuild kit, or even a new one if you don't feel like messing with it. Drum brakes are a bit more difficult than disc, but even at that they are not that hard. If you do not have a Chilton, or Haynes manual for your vehicle, I would suggest you get one, so you can do this job easily. Make sure that you bleed the brakes when doing so, starting at the passenger rear, driver rear, passenger front, and then the driver front.
Replace the caliper if it has disc brakes or a wheel cylinder if it has brake shoes

Most likely the Wheel Cylinder seals are leaking, you can replace the Rear Wheel Cylinder for $12.99 or you can just replace the seals, sold as a kit for $2.20, at most auto parts stores. Here are pics of both.

you need to remove wheel , caliper , disk , then the two pins that hold the shoes in,then springs this will allow access to the cilynder wich you can then clean and service.

ok there should be a square inlet on the end of the line you probably have to replace the gasket on it or poibly simply tighten it

you will need to replace the wheel cylinders. always replace both sides and the shoes will need to be replaced also on both sides due to brake fluid contamination. make sure you have the drums resurfaced also!! hope this helps you!
