The first thing would be to test for power and ground at the wires going to the sockets, the most common reason for this is the sockets go bad inside.this is a complete unit, the main connector is where you would check for power first then go on to socket, most of the time the connector for the main power feed goes bad, it has a connector for all the wiring and then splits all wires to there location inside headlight asm. again testing with a testlight would be very helpful i think you will find a bad socket for each light out or the main connector on the headlight asm is bad. good luck. have a good day.
If you have a test light, you can check for power at the light sockets and connectors. If you have power, you can connect the alligator clip on the test light to the positive side of the battery and test for a faulty ground...Good luck!
