Your clock should automatically be set by GPS. I am guessing that since the time just changed that that is your problem. What could have happened is that the daylight savings change was disabled in the vehicle. I gave you the snapshot of the book on how to enable it and it should set itself once that is done. There are a couple different ones, like with navagation systems and stuff but I gave you the most common one. If you need the other just post a comment to this solution and I will do my best to get you those insructions. All these should be in your owners manual if you have one. If you don't have one and need one, email me at [email protected] with your make model and year and I will be happy to email you a copy of it. No worries no cost (I know you hear that all the time but I mean it). Anyway, here is your snapshot:

2009 Altima won't excelerate after long drive time

You have a CVT in the 2009 Altima so there are no true gears. Any noise you hear could be the belt breaking down or the transmission going belly up. Have you had the fluid changed? If not, I suggest you go to a repair shop and get it done. Nissan CVT are notorious at breaking down and typical cost about 4K USD to repair.

the cvt transmissions have become a known issue, and nissan (in canada, not sure about usa) has since offered an extended warranty to 200000 KM ( 120000 M ).
