Just so you know you can't use platnum plugs on a compressed turbo motor, they won't spark right under boost. Try using copper plugs they work better for forced induced motors.

Sometimes bad coil packs or wireing can give the same code,so i would start testing the coils first then if there ok,move on to checking the wireing to them.and check for shorts too.

I change my windshield for one with wiper de icer on my Subaru Impreza 2011 i put the relay and the fuse but still dont work

Little point assuming it should work without some meter work to ensure it is not only receiving power but is drawing enough current for it to become hot enough quickly enough for deicing duty.
I don't know how much current that should be but I expect 20 - 30 amps would be realistic, maybe more.

Tire rotation pattern

Do you still have the owners manual? You might be able to get it at http://my.subaru.com

I have an '02 WRX and the manual says to rotate the back left to front right, and back right to front left. But, make sure you are not using uni-directional tires if you do that! :-)

Got subaru impreza wrx turbo 1993 , fith gear keeps popping out and grinds as it goes into fith

Time to look around in junkyards or ebay for a similar transmission with much lower mileage, or google around and see if you can exchange that tranny for a rebuilt one.

02 impreza wrx problem with turbo PLEASE HELP

This is not the turbo it is the over-powering the clutch, it happens in 5th because that is when most worn clutches slip, it is the biggest load, replace your clutch.
