The firing order for the 2002 Toyota Sequoia with the 4.7L V8 engine is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2.
As for the location of cylinder 1, it is located on the driver's side of the engine, closest to the front of the vehicle.

the engine is the same family as used in cars and small trucks
The points gap is the same for all 4 cyl engines regardless of make ( around .020" will get it running) and the timing is 10 degrees btdc

If they are both the 22r motors and you strip them down to just the engine and put all the parts from the vehicle you want to put it in then it will work.
Hopefully you are working with complete vehicles, if not you can always buy the correct parts from a parts store or pick apart yard.
I hope you are building the flatbed, not the motorhome firetrap, because a 4 cylinder motor is about half of what is needed to push a motorhome and i have known several people that have had the 80-88 ish m.homes catch fire on long trips losing everything inside...........
