It means that you have a blown head gasket. The water is making its way into the oil passages in between the head and block of the engine. Do not drive vehicle and check
with several shops for a price on repair. We just finished an Acura and it took several
days and about 300 dollars worth of machine work and parts. Hope this helps.

Blown head gasket. do not start the vehicle until this is fixed. running with a blown head gasket can lock up the engine.

How much oil do I put in my car 19 00 cc

1. Turn off engine ,
2. Take of oil cap on engine
3. Put in a little oil in oil filler hole of engine.
4. then pull out the oil dip stick from engine
5. and clean the dip stick on a rag.
6. Put dip stick back in engine
7. pull out again and check the level showing on the dip Stick
8. If level is too low on dip stick and is not at full level go back to step 1

These steps ensures you avoid over filling the engine with oil

Tip for beginners
The 4 litre oil bottle is way too much oil for an engine to handle.
If you have a full 4 litre oil plastic bottle square shape . hold the bottle on its side to pour the oil out slowly and smoothly.

Check list for answers to my Montero overheating...

Methods to trouble shoot
(1) check thermostat device. if thermostat is stuck - not working half the water used in cooling system is missing once engine heats up which can lead to over heating. (may need mechanic to check this)
(2) check radiator has water in it . if it is low there may be a leak in cooling system somewhere check rubber hose and radiator are not leaking.
(3) check fan belt is engaging fan in front of radiator
(4) if electric fan check if fan activates once car has heated up
(5) check oil level of engine on dip stick. If low oil add some oil and re check oil dip stick. DO NOT PUT whole oil pack in (don't laugh I know someone who did this and has to go to mechanic and get oil removed)
(6) if rubber hoses blow off connectors then you may have a broken head gasket seal. A pressure test of the radiator will confirm this.
(7) Possible water pump failure. Check by taking cap off radiator and run engine see if water is flowing in radiator and test if water is heating up in the radiator. Remember to put cap back on radiator when finishing test.
(8) check if bubbles or oil are in radiator water this could indicate a blown head gasket problem also.

Water leaking out the exhaust pipe

condensation will leak out of it at times, that's normal,, now if your talking a lot of water, and the radiator is losing water, you could have a bad head gasket, if you have antifreeze in your radiator,, you would smell it if it was coming out of the tail pipe. also check the dip stick to see if water is in the oil, and look into the radiator ( with the motor cooled completely ) and see if you have oil droplets in the water, this could also be a intake manifold gasket issue with some vehicles,,

My 93 maxima got no power an smoke started to come out the tail end.

The best test is a compression test.
Blue smoke means it's burning oil, due to worn out piston rings.
White smoke means it's mixing antifreeze and oil due to a bad head gasket or cracked head or block.

I pour coolant in from the radiator cap a almost instantly leaks

On most cars there is a weep hole that goes out when your water pump does. Chances are if your car was not making any terrible noises that it is just your waterpump.
Try cleaning the area then watching carefully to see where the fluid is coming out.But 9 times out of 10 its almost always the waterpump. If it was coming out of the oil pump then chances are that you will be able to see coolant on your oil dipstick and then thats a whole new set of problems.
