Every time I open the door nad drive the car, then shut it off the alarm goes off and I can not find a way to shut it off. How do you do it? I also do not have the key fobs.

Quickest way i know of here is providing its a factory immobilisor and not a boy racer add on then take the chip out of the key and tape it under the shroud next to the transponder ,This way the car thinks its got the key in and this will stop the alarm

Door locks and unlocks by themselfs untill battery's dead?
I have to hold key to the left for 2 to 3 sec. before all door locks open. I don't have alarm system,took it out.
Another problem- one day catera runs great,next day rough idle and no throttle response and then engine shuts off. Charge battery next day catera runs great??
Any Ideas?
Can't afford to take to dealership,but do have the tools to fix it myself.

Start car drive a couple stops the third stop it wont start
has to sit 20 minutes to a half hour to restart
