If you've replaced the thermostat, water pump, filled the system with a 50/50 mix of coolant and water and have no leaks, next make sure the cooling fans are functioning. There could also be a blockage in the system. Check the coolant temperature with a non contact thermometer to confirm the car is actually overheating and your temp gauge isn't wrong.
Im sorry to tell you that after changing all components in cooling system, (Im assuming this included the waterpump?) your problem is most likely being caused from cylinder head gasket failure. Removal of the cylinder head to replace this gasket should only be undertaken by a very mechanically minded person. Good luck.
