Dont tell me you removed all the wires at once without marking them? :O
The best advise for that is, to remove one wire and plug at a time then replace the plug, and connect the wire back in place to avoid mix ups...
I have spec tables for that car, but you need to help me with the model, whats the year model, 92 or 97?
what size engine.. do you have new wires... you need the number off the wires so you can put them in properly... because each wire will go to specific cylinder and place on the distributor
GET A PIECE PAPER DRAW A LARGE CIRCLE TOP UPPER HALF CIRCLE LEFT TO RIGHT WRITE NUMBERS 1 AND 3 BOTTOM HALF CIRCLE LEFT TO RIGHT RIGHT NUMBERS 2 AND 4 THAT YOUR DISTRIBUTOR SPARK PLUGS WIRES LOCATION.STANDING ON SIDE OF ENGINE WHERE DISTRIBUTOR IS LOOKING DOWN AT DISTRIBUTOR 1 AND 3 FIRST TWO SPARK PLUGS TERMINALS NEXT TO ENGINE. AND 2 AND 4 SPARK PLUGS TERMINAL ON CAP FACING YOU. THIS IS CYLINDERS LOCATIONS STANDING IN FRONT OF ENGINE.RUN WIRES FROM DISTRIBUTOR CAP TO PLUGS TO THE ENGINE SPARK PLUGS.
Looking at the engine, right side, last injector closest to the fire wall. This is number 7 cylinder/injector. The same side runs as follows; 1,3,5,7 and are the odd cylinders located on this side, and 2,4,6,8 are on the left side, #8 is closest to the firewall. In case you need to know, the firing order is ; 1,8,4,3,6,5,7,2. Hope this helps you.
The cylinder order is 1,2,3 (rear row, left-to-right) and then 4,5,6 (front row, left-to-right).
When replacing spark plug wires or plugs, it's very helpful to do one at a time to avoid connecting them incorrectly.
Hope this helps,
Sherwin
The third cylinder is the third spark plug wire from the passenger side of the car. An easy way to tell if this is the cylinder that is misfiring is to pull up the spark plug wire using insulated pliers with the car running. If there is no change in idle speed then that's the dead cylinder. If when you pull out the spark plug wire you see sparks shooting all over from it (a very common problem) then you need a tune-up.
put the cylinder one on TDC
pull the cap off and look at witch one the rotor is on..
then going clock wise here are the firing orders depending on which engine you have...
4 cylinder 1-3-4-2/ 6 cylinder 1-6-5-4-3-2/
8 cylinder 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2
