I installedd a new stereo in my 1999 Oldsmobile Alero and the power wire touched the metal on the stereo itself and made sparks. Now my stereo does'nt turn on. What fuse did I blow?

That won't help. If firing good other cylinders, then the module is good. It could be an injector problem. You need to check the spark on #1. Make sure it is sparking good, then look for air/fuel mixture problem-bad injector or something else in that cylinder affecting the air/fuel mixture so it doesn't fire good. Maybe a valve not sealing- need a compression test to check that.

CYLINDER 2 MISFIRE COULD BE FAULTY SPARK PLUG OR WIRE AND COIL ,COULD HAVE A FAULTY CLOGGED FUEL INJECTOR, LOW COMPRESSION CYLINDER MANY THINGS CAUSE CYLINDER MISFIRE.
May need to also replace the coil tower which is the white piece under that metal cover that the spark plug boot attach to. They usually crack and give misfires.
Gain access to the spark plugs and spark plug wires. In a 2.4 liter
engine, remove the ignition coil and module assembly from the top of the
engine to gain access. In this Alero model's engine, the spark plugs
run down the center of the engine.
