O2 Sensor has to do with the fuel and emissions of the vehicle. Usually the O2 sensor replacment is a simple job, much like changing out a spark plug. the sensor cost about $35 part only. But there are 2 of them. Your mechanic or part shop can test them.
The check transmission light could be noting more that low fluid. Haw you had the vehicle in to have the scheduled transmission oil change?

Codes don't tell you what is wrong, so I don't
know what you were led to believe
You have to use the Malfunction Codes
to component test, and determine why the
various lights came on the dash
You have 2 issues to diagnose, yes
Sorry to say they're two different issues. BUT... before you go looking for a shotgun, the trans issue might be as simple as a connection or corroded cable. It might also be a service reminder telling you it;s time for trans filter & fluid change. Usually every 50-60k, sooner if you do any towing. O2 sensors go a about the same time. Get the 02 issue taken care of and have them reset your lights. See if that cures your lights issues.
