Some vehicles have a button in the front end that you must reset. It turns the fuel off in a front end collision. If not, you may need to reset the fuel, if equipped. It may be in your glove box.

Have you replaced any of the Impact Sensors on the front? If not this will keep fuel from flowing. I have never seen or heard of one. Now their is also a relay for fuel system for collisions its in the main relay box under hood.
FYI : the fuel reset sw. are under the rear panels on cars and trucks. But the service web site does not show one for your van nor replacement parts are found.
they won't lock when you manually pull. Not as sensitive as foreign cars. But I guarantte they will lock when you stop real quick. Give it a try, do about 15mph and hit em!
