I recently bought an 89 honda accord. At first, the blinker worked and the windshield wipers didn't and then all of a sudden the blinker stopped working and the windshield wipers started. They haven't worked since. How do I fix it?

Are they all on the turn signal arm

the fuse is designated.a parts store sells a kit to check for bad fuses if you can't find where the fuse to wipers actually is, i suggest you butth kit. it's cheap, easy to use and comes with all the proper amp fuses for your car for other times like this. hope this helps!!!

the wiper motor linkage is broken you will need a new one. this is a common problem.

The wipers & turn signals are all in one unit, called a combo switch. It sounds like there is a short in switch which means you will have to replace the whole thing.
