My 98 hyundai elantra idles rough and i pull the spark plug wire and two of them make my car turn off and the other two didn't why is that?

Check the resistance on the injectors. You may have bad injectors thats why it is idling rough. Use a multimeter to check the resistance. Normally the reading should be anywhere from 12 ohms to 20 ohms. Extremely high resistance indicate a bad injector. Do not energize the injectors with 12 volts DC. You will burn them up. They are designed to operate on pulsating current.
