Hi Al,
The check engine light is to show you that the electronic management system has picked up a fault. It may not be major or on the other hand it may be indicating something serious. Which ever it is,it's a good idea to take the vehicle into a shop and have a diagnosis run on the vehicle. Its better than being stranded somewhere a month or so down the line.

Sorry it will fix the problem. it will make it worse. for ****** flush does a back flush pressure causing the sensor to stay open or closed . I have done many ****** sensors in my shop .just replace the sensor ,and all will be ok

Check engine light comes on when outside temp is

Take it buy Auto Zone when the light is on and get them to check the code for you. I don't know why it would do it while cold and not hot.

2003 toyota corolla catalytic converter

If you want the check engine light to stay off, make sure that the converter is a direct fit, and not a universal. It should work fine then.

2004 totota corolla reset engine light

You need to disconnect the negitive lead to your battery for at least 5 minutes. This allows the system to reset.
