Ihad the same problem with my 1999 xk8.
required a transmission rebuild. cost approx.2000

you have a bluetooth feature somewhere in your phone menu that you activate 'search for bluetooth device' while near your car radio (it needs to be on as well, set to search)

you wont get just the antenna you will need to swop the hole unit again sorry? but if you try a fuw brakers yards you may find a second hand unit,,,

only way your! going to get that is at the dealer and they will want to reset it for you!

I ended up taking the car to a dealer for repair.

it stays blank until you input the 4 digit code then it fires up

There is a mast available, part number is lnc4134aa or lna4134aa, sorry but I am on holiday and dont recall the correct number.
You may have to remove the antenna and take it apart to retrieve the broken piece of mast, all basic stuff, really eaasy to do.

You can buy the mast aftermarket and on ebay for $25-$35, of pay the dealer $60+ for the same unit.
