Good evening, I have a 1998 BMW 528I and it continues to overheat after replacing radiator, fan clutch, fan blade, waterpump, thermostat and thermostat housing. Please help

So it overheated before you replaced the radiator and continues to overheat? Have you changed the thermostat and attempted to flush the cooling system?
Another item to check would be to make sure the electric cooling fan (assuming your Corsa uses one) is running as the temperature climbs. If your car uses a belt-driven fan, then the fan clutch may be bad or the blades of the fan may be damaged. This assumes no one has removed the fan shroud for some reason.

the problem indicates blocked radiator cores preventing full flow at high rpm
have it flow tested by an accredited radiator shop or just fit a new radiator
You need to drain radiator, pull fan shroud, pull fan/fan clutch, reeve belts and pulley then unbolt waterpump. You do beed special tools for fan clutch and pulley removal. BavAuto.com or Pelican parts .com have parts, tools and good info on how to do the job successfully.
It's possible that you have a bad head gasket. Have your cooling system pressure tested, see if it holds roughly 18lbs of pressure. Could also be air in system, did you bleed system when waterpump and thermostat were installed?
3 blown out radiators....define this. My accord has 224,000 miles on it, same radiator, same clutch. And the beemer blows radiators? Makes 'em explode? Can't imagine anyone making a radiator that blows up all the time. You keep buying the same model?
Anyway, check: air gap in system, bleed the system while it heats up. Water pump. don't see it being replaced. the older ones had plastic impellers. is the auxillary fan working? It should come on all the time when the A/C is on. Clutch on belt driven fan ok? put in a 12 degree cooler thermostat and drill two 3/16" holes 180 degrees opposite each other.
Blown head gasket or two can cause overheating. Bad timing. did you change a good or bad radiator sensor? how'd you test it to determine it was bad? Don't just replace parts, determine they're bad. Replace enough parts and $14,000 later you should be ok.
U may have a faulty fan clutch,If the fan is turning very slowly while the engine is running its faulty.Also you may have a restriction in the radiator,one way to check the radiator is to remove the hoses and flush water through it to see if it flows straight through.A common issue is the fan clutch be sure to check it first.
It could be several reasons...1. make sure you dont have to bleed the coolant system, on some cars you have too, because there is air in the system, and the car will overheat..2. Your waterpump maybe bad also..3. Double check your coolant temp sensor, and or coolant temp switch..maybe faulty..4. Check your radiator cap...seal could be bad, and not sealing correctly...Question..How long does it take before it overheats...and are you getting any white or grey smoke out of the tailpipe? If so, then your head gasket is blown...Goodluck

has it been bled correctly since all that work? Sounds like an air lock. Raise the front of the car as high as possible and chock rear wheels. Open bonnet, take off header tank cap and start the car. This helps any trapped air get to surface easier. No harm in also squeezing the hoses for a bit.
You need the special tool that will hold the water pump pulley and a 32mm open ended wrench. Ebay has the set for around $20. The thread is the opposite than normal too! Easy to take it all off with the right tools. 15 minutes max.
Radiators leak and break easily on the 528i. Also, there are bleed screws that are plastic that can sheer off and create a leak on the two main hoses. Or, the guy who did your head gasket didn't check it for cracks, so it's leaking into the cylinder chamber and burning out.
