HEAT PROBLEM

Does the fan blow on High? If so, some cars have actual flex ducts in the dash leading to the output vents. If these aren't put back in place or come back loose during reassembly, your air will be blowing inside the dash. Did you replace all of the gaskets in the fan housing or anywhere else in the disassemble process where applicable? just thinking. Good luck.

Driver side blows hot air while passenger side blows cold air

You need to replace the driver side temperature blend door actuator , electric motor that controls the temp .The instrument panel may need to be pulled out to replace it . You may want to take it to a qualified repair shop . As far as the rear blower motor , the motor could be bad or the auxiliary blower relay module , or the blower motor relay could be the problem . Without knowing component position in the vehicle you have a difficult time tracking down these parts .

My blower isnt working on my Peugeot 607 55plate ive checked fuses window misting up no heat any ideas thanks

Hi Mikey, I'm Al the owner of Big As Auto Repair

Mikey, first check to see if you are getting power and ground to the blower motor connector. If you are, replace the blower motor. If you have NO Power or Ground to the motor, then I would replace the "BLOWER RESISTER" first. If you need further assistance go to my website below. Have an awesome day Mikey. Auto Repair

My 2004 Porsche Cayenne Turbo blows cold air only on passenger side. Driver side works

I'm not familiar with this model so I'll go by the usual culprits. My guess is that the air duct to the passenger side has had its operating mechanism come off. This will entail removing the under dash kick trim and a certain amount of gymnastics to lie in the footwell while someone operates the heater controls, You should be able to see(with a flashlight) the control cables etc moving. It may be just a matter of clipping a cable or cable end back onto the flaps. If you turn the blower on you may find a part of the trunking displaced, by the rush of air into the dash and not down the vents.

2004 acura tsx a/c blows warm drivers side only

Your system is either out of sync on the control, or the air temperature control blend door is not moving due a failure of the door or its actuator motor.
