Car won' start

I've had my car about 2 months, not had a problem with it yet. Today it acted as normal, took it to work started up fine, left work started up fine, made a stop started up fine, went to a friends house and stayed for about 25-35 minutes, started right up when I left. When I got like 15 minutes from home I stopped at my usual place to get gas and put $10 in the tank, screwed the cap on until it clicked a couple of times, and it fired right up. Went 10 minutes from the gas station to a friends house and sat for about 2 1/2 hours and when I went to leave the car started and immediately stopped! When I tried to started it back up it wanted to start but wouldn't crank up............I'd wait a while and try again repeatedly until I got sick of it not starting. It is my theory that either the fuel pump is gone, or more strongly that the gas I put in the tank had been watered down. What does it sound like to you?

Won't start, battery good, starter good, swapped relays and still won't start

Any issues with the ignition switch itself? They are mostly made of plastic pieces. With the exception of the actual cylinder. Also depending on how long you had the battery issue,it may have damaged the alternator. They tend to go hand in hand, unless caught early enough. The alternator gets overworked due to the weak battery.

Battery is new, engine won't turn over.

The voltmeter should only go as high as 14-15 volts when the engine is running. I would check for a poor connection between the battery and starter.

Blinker, cruise issues...electrical?

The problem is caused by the emergency flasher unit. This is a common problem and you can find a few youtube demos on replacing it. I did it in about 30 mins. I don't remember the cost but it was stocked at my local chevy dealership.
good luck.

POSSIBILITY HERE IS THAT THE FUEL PUMP IS ACTING UP. THE REASON IS BECAUSE WITH THE WARMER TEMPERATURES THE PUMP HAS TO WORK MORE AND THIS WILL CAUSE IT TO MALFUNCTION

My '03 Mustang started acting funny today. I

i"ve heard that these year model have problems with defective MAF (mass air flow sensors. i only mention this because i just saw a you tube and a mechanic had mentioned that..but the sputtering could be caused by a number of things. sounds like it could also be a fuel delivery problem, possibly a sticky fuel injector..you can try a quick easy fix by trying some Sea foam fuel treatment and drive it around for about 30 miles to see if that will clear it up. Also does you car idle properly? I mean does it lope or surge? because if it does you may want to clean the IAC (idle air contol), this is just a recomendation, my car was doing this and i never ever seviced it before, and you should have seen the biuldup of crud on the pintle, i cleaned it, and now it idles perfectly. it only took me 10 minutes to take off and clean it. hope one of these suggestions helps if not please get back to me.

Ford Focus ... ABS light came on and car slowly shut down

could be the altranator, this would cause all electric to not work. If you can jump start it, use a volt meter to check the battery volts should be above 14 volts running battery should test 12 volts.
