The fuel pump inertia switch is located on the passenger side foot-well an the A-Pillar. You may have to remove the trim panel to gain access. Your owners manual will show you specifically where it is. If you do not have one you can find one at ford.com. Just click the Owner link and look for manuals.
Under dash next to steering wheel (left) behind a panel that has two twist out plastic quick release fastners under the dash that you remove to drop the panel down and access the fuse center.
to correctly repair and diag, you should have gauges to monitor the system, if the system was totally empty, possible moisture in system, it needs to be evacuated for at least 15 mins with a DUAL A/C system.....also check the cycling switch located at the dryer it could be starting to go bad.....But still with out gauges your guessing at what could be wrong....GL....
