First, please review this article: Where's The Fuse?
Then to answer the question you asked:
There are actually 3 fuses involved in your rear wiper system.
They are all located in the driver's fuse/relay box located under the left side of the dash.
Fuse #7, 7.5 Amp
Fuse #21, 7.5 Amp
Fuse #30, 20 Amp
These same three fuses, if blown, will also have the symptom of the front wipers not working. So if the front wipers are working, the problem has nothing to do with a blown fuse.
There are also several control units involved in making the rear wipers work:
There is the Combination Switch Control unit, the MICU Rear Junction Box Control Unit, and the Relay Control Module. These are also powered (protected) by the fuses listed above.
I would recommend Obtaining a scanner and scanning the Controller Area Network (CAN) in your vehicle to see if there are any fault codes that can help you determine why your rear wipers are not working.

You are probably correct in thinking its the wiper motor. You can do this but you will need to remove all the interior trim from the rear hatch first. Get a trim clip removal tool at a parts store...it will work much better than just a flat blade screwdriver. You'll have to remove the trim panels starting in order from the top of the door, then the left rear window side trim, then right rear window side trim, then the grab handle, and finally the main rear hatch trim panel. Once inside, removing and replacing the rear wiper motor is easy. You'll start by lifting the cover on the wiper arm retention nut. Remove this nut to get the wiper arm off, then remove the nut under neath which is the motor shaft mounting nut. Now, back inside to remove the other 3 motor mounting bolts. Don't forget to disconnect the connector for the motor wires. Reverse steps to replace.

If you can't figure it out from the owners manual just call the dealership. Unfortunately, the aftermarket maintenance manuals are not for sale yet.

Do you hear the pump running when you turn on the washer? If you do one of the tubes which carries the fluid is either clogged, crimped or detached. If pump does not run it'll need to be replaced. Replacing or cleaning the rubber tubes is pretty easy, as is replacing the entire pump. If you need to replace any parts, I'd suggest you buy them from a auto supply store. The Honda dealer will charge you an arm and a leg.

More than likely you would have to trace the system back and discover where they converge which could be the fuse or it could be some obscure relay. Try to obtain a schematic which could help trace the system but they can be hard to read.
