motor turns over will not start ,Fuel pump was change 3 months ago
Hard starting below 0C (32F) Car turns over, but will not start, If you put a car heater on floor and heat towards front for about 1/2 hour car will start. As soon as it cools off, car will not start. To date fuel pump replaced, fuel filter replaced, fuel modulor replaced, transducer replaced.
