I believe that trans is of the 5R55N/S/W family, and the fluid level AND fill are both located on the bottom trans pan.There is a procedure and fill cautions as well as tools required,as per Ford Motor Co.

There is a hose on the side of the coolant resevoir that has a straight blade screwdriver fitting in it. Open the fitting and this will bleed the heads on the LS. Without opening this you will never get the air out of the head, trust me.

One of 2 ways.......
#1) mounting screws on the exterior of the brake light lens.
#2) in the trunk behind the carpeting, usually this is the easiest way. either way the bulb is held in by a twist lock bulb holder.

it is doubtful the horn fuse is the problem, it is more likely the clock spring contact under the steering wheel, the fuse for the horn is located in the underhood fuse box,

if you have a remote entry for your car and when you double click the lock button the horn will honk. if your car horn itself isnt working but when you double click the lock button on your remote the horn does honk then you need to replace the clockspring. it takes about an hour but it will fix your horn and most likely your buttons on your steering wheel are malfunctioning as well. this is a commom problem for the lincoln ls. i just got done replacing my clock spring module and everything is working perfectly again. cost about $20 at the local picknpull. here are great instructions for the clock spring removal. clockspringremoval.blogspot.com
