I have a 2013 Elantra and it is -20 c and tried to start the car. Lots of power everything turns on. But I have a single click and the car won't start is that my starter.

Most likely the battery has insufficient charge to turn over the starter motor.

If you can start the car by jump starting from the battery in another vehicle then you know your battery is the problem. In that event it needs to be recharged or replaced if it will no longer hold power. It is probably the original battery in the car and typically these can give trouble in anything from 3 - 5 years depending on quality and a range of other factors.

My 1999 Mitsubishi Mirage just emits a series of clicks when I try to start it, but the battery is fine. . . could it be my starter?

Rapid and repeated clicking when the key is in the crank position is usually a sign of a dead battery. How did you check the condition or charge of the battery. If you have w volt meter hook it up to the battery and read the voltage when you try to start the car. It should not drop below 12 volts. If it does you have a battery that is low on charge. Have you tried jump starting it? One single click when you turn the key to the start position is usually and indication of a bad starter. More specifically a bad starter solenoid which is part of the starter. Usually you can have somebody hold the key in the crank position while you lightly tap the starter with a hammer and it will start to work. If it does replace it immediately.

When i tern the key it clicks by the fuse box

The click you are hearing is a relay. The cause can be that the battery is not fully charged allowing the car not to start. Try getting a jump start and the car should be fine. After the jump start if the battery does not hold charge replace it. After replacing the battery if it still does not charge then replace the alternator.

Car won't start. clicks.

Try turning your car over with the interior lights on. If they dim way down, you have a weak or dead battery. You may be able to have it charged.

You can try a "jump start", but only if you are certain that you know what you are doing- if you have any doubt, have a friend who knows how help, or ask a mechanic. If not done properly, jump starting a car can not only be hazardous to both vehicles, but it can lead to serious personal injury.

Many of the risks associated with "jump starting" apply to charging a battery, so please apply the same cautions.

If after either a "jump start" or charging the battery get your car started, GREAT! You will need to follow through to make sure your battery is OK, though.....
- Take your car to a good service center and ask them to test your battery. They will connect a device that will stress test your battery to make sure it is holding a charge like it should. If it cannot pass the test, you need to replace your battery.

Finally.....
If the interior lights do NOT dim when you try to start your car, the problem is either the starter relay, the starter solenoid, or the starter itself.

SL1 won't start, just single click, electronics work

Try charging the battery or jumping the car, your alternator could be shot and not charging the battery.

Battery is dead 2004 nissan frontier v6

Check the alternator and battery clemmas/wires coming from alternator. It looks like no charge from it coming to battery. If it is second battery already this is the sign. You can do it free of charge at autozone store. But any way as a temporary solution you can buy battery charger ($25 walmart) and charge the battery back if battery is damaged you will see it right away (it wont be charging). After you charge battery back start the engine run it for 30 minutes (if Alternator OK it is enough to charge battery back), stop and start again. If no start alternator is a problem.
Good Luck
