May have the valve settings too tight making for low compression and no start. Cranks fast, good fire, good fuel, still no start. Check compression with a gage. Could also have timing on cam incorrect so valves are overlapping too long. Check, check, and recheck all your work. Best thing for a mechanic to do. Keeps away the frustration.
Your choke adjustment or cold start are not working to bring it to high idle cold start.

the horn relay is located underneath the hood close to the fire wall on the passenger side in a black box with a diagram on it..if the does'nt work try checking the wire under neath the steering wheel cover..

If you are speeking of the check engine light you can disconnect the battery for a few minutes then reconnect it and the light should go off.

How many miles?
Could be a bent pushrod.
Could be just a high mile engine that needs overhauld.
Could be you engine needs higher octane fuel...as engines get older and worn they will benifit from higher octane.
