2006 Dodge Caravan, driver side passenger door won't lock or unlock (or obviously) open. I have automatic locks but the door must be opened manually- however, for about a year I have not been able to open it at all. Also, the passenger side rear door will only lock/unlock manually.

sorry not sure the 12v prob will help this swtich works on 5v off 3v unlock 1v lock single wire lock/unlock logic signals
I found wiring diagrams at

it is 2004 but use the wiring diagrams to test the wires
(most likely to fail where they flex)
because it is using logic gates disconnect the plug at each end of the wire you are testing or the damn thing will find a few diffrent ways to trick you.

NO COST PROCEDURE TO FIX IT:

1. Sit in vehicle
2. Ignition key is on
3. Door in question is openned
4. While door is open, press and hold power window button in desired window travel, keep button held
5. SLAM door closed with one hand while other hand holds button as per #4.
6. Watch window operate as it should.
7. Repeat 3-6 if necessary, usually the first try works!

NOW, for the naysayers that says you must replace power window motors etc, at $$$ cost because the above fix does not work, or is not long lasting fix, or less than a "professional fix".... Well then, when the window fails to operate again, apply same fix again at that time.

I have fixed my van this way numerous times (usually once a year), and to all I recommend this fix too, likewise do the same.
