Hello Jim.
The thermostat is located at the inlet hose from the radiator on the front of the engine.
Here is a diagram of the housing.
Have 2001 chrysler concorde thats overheating. How - kiltylake_202.gif

There are two fuses for the cooling fan and two relays as the fans run on two different speeds.
These fuses are in the under hood power distribution box.
Fuse "E" and fuse "B" and the fuse for the relays is fuse# 21.

There you are as asked.
If you need more assistance, please ask me here in a comment.
Thank you for using FixYa.

2002 Chrysler Concorde 2.7 L overheating, changed, thermostat, water pump, air intake gasket and still overheating

When you changed these components and refilled the cooling system, did you purge the air out of the top of the system by opening the bleeder valve. These engines have coolant in areas higher up in the engine where air can be trapped during refill. Air trapped in the system will cause overheating issues. Otherwise, the only thing you haven't mentioned in the system is the radiator and fan assemblies. They could be suspect, as could a possible blown head gasket.

Car is overheating, anti freeze is spraying from the overflow and car is smoking under the hood

You may have a stuck closed thermostat, if it overheats within 10 minutes or so. I would verify the cooling fan/s are coming on. The worst case, would be a blown head gasket.

Car overheats if not cooled by air (moving). 92k A/C doesn't work. Coolant is fine and it's not the fuse. Any additional suggestions would be welcome!

I have a 2002 Concord. It is run by 2 cooling fans. If one goes out, like mine did. The car will still function, but can not handle sitting in idle for more than a couple minutes. This causes overheating. Watch out for those aluminum heads! I hfound that Chrysler is aware of this problem, enough to issue a service alert to its dealership mechanics. Check the relays!! They go bad causing one or both of the fans to stop working. I had to have my relays and fan assembly replaced, because one of my fan motors was completely burned up. Good Luck!

Very hot car.

I'd test the fan by connecting it directly to the battery to verity it is functioning. If it is, check the relays that control the fans they should be located in the fuse box in the engine bay. If the relays are ok the only other thing that could be causing the problem is the temp sensor on the radiator.
