cylinder 8 is misfiring. you should replace your spark plugs and leads. that should solve the issue

33 is for the mass air flow sensor...
38 is for the brake system...there is a brake switch circuit problem.

You can do an internet search for the list by looking for Cadillac OBD 1 code list.

1991/1992 Part #REPB314517 Fits the following 1990-1992 Cadillac Seville submodels:

1991-1992: Base; 8 Cyl 4.9L; "FI, Naturally Aspirated, VIN B"
1991-1992: STS; 8 Cyl 4.9L; "FI, Naturally Aspirated, VIN B"

1994/1996 Part #E3913M Fits the following 1994-1996 Cadillac Seville submodels:

1994-1996: SLS; 8 Cyl 4.6L; "FI, Naturally Aspirated, VIN Y"
1994-1996: STS; 8 Cyl 4.6L; "FI, Naturally Aspirated, VIN 9

All Cadillac Deville models are FWD (front wheel drive) after 1985. The only RWD models made were the 85-92 Brougham, 92-96 Fleetwood Brougham, the 97-02 Catera, the 2004+ STS and 2003+ CTS.

You will need a OBD II scanner to erase the code from the ECM.

you need a scan tool. go to auto zone they will do it @ no charge good luck.
