94 VW Golf horn stays on with fuse pulled, I just got this car and tried to install a new battery when I connect it the horn sounds.I checked the fuse panel and pulled # 13 that was for the horn and it still sounded.I am not even sure if the car runs the lights come on and winshield wipers work ,how can I trace the problem or disable the horn. thanks

Ok I will give that a try in the morning for the neighbors sake thanks.When you refer to a factory alarm does that mean that this will happen often ? do I need to get a remote or somthing?
