My 98 ford fiesta flair is struggeling to accelerate. recently went for a cervice and recieved new plugs, after about 1000KM the problem started. this morning there was a metallic clicking sound as i tried to accelerate. the oil levels are fine. this do not happen every day just from time to time.

No spark to the plugs check the voltage from the ignition coils check that voltage is coming into the coil first if none go to the module if there is voltage coming in ground a plug wire against the block and get someone to turn the key if it sparks it's good if not change the coil/S and next time be more specific about the year and what type of problem more info is needed to explain the problem but I gave you the info on what I think you mean
Probably not a problem as black smoke is a sign that too much fuel went into the engine. This is especially true when engine is cold and in choke or "cold start sequence".
park the car outside in the dark, open the hood and start the motor let it idle. check for any spark's allong the plug wires.if you observe any! replace the plug wire's
