Have the SRS System and the ABS System
diagnosed and repaired

You knew that.

Any light you get on the dash
of any vehicle means it is broke,
so to speak,fix it

You not working on Windows 7
where you can reboot it.

ABS/TCS lights on 2002 Honda Accord Coupe EX V6. Have high quality OBDII Scanner. Should the on board system report the problem to the scanner?

Only if the warning light showed on the dash...most often these abs sensors get clogged with brake dust or dislodged during wheel swaps if the pads are fine and fluid level correct...first check the brake pads then the disks and clean the sensors with an old toothbrush and reseat, also check the fluid level on the abs system.this should clear warning light.but any error codes stored on ecu need to be cleared using obd.

No dash lights or tail lights on my 1994 honda accord ex

I have right now the same problem. I just pulled the fancy/shmancy radio head out of my (Honda) 1992 Acura Integra and the whole dash is now a mess. It had been professionally installed. The dome light now doesn't work, the "door open" warning lights stay on, the clock is messed up, etc.
I installed the fancy head in another car, in a 1992 Honda Civic. That works perfectly. Sounds like you need to find a professional installer to re-do your new head.
I think the dash lights and the taillights are on the same circuit/fuse.

94 honda accord srs dash light won't go out when engine running-can anyone help ? thanks

Don't freak out, pal! :o) This is a common issue with Hondas particularly Accords. It's just a faulty sensor. My 2000 Accord EX has had it on since I took it over from my wife seven years ago. Honda has only taken ownership of the problem in the last decade but it's been known to go back into the 1990's. What it basically does is sense the driver's size and weight so it can deploy an airbag appropriately for the particular driver. The theory is that if that sensor's not working, smaller drivers could be injured by the improper deployment for their body size. I say, "in theory" because there has never been a reported case of injury due to an airbag deployment in a Honda that had a faulty SRS sensor. It's probably not covered under a recall due to the age but, hey why not check out a Honda dealership to see if it is. But if it's not, it's going to cost you a few bucks to get fixed and just based on the history of the problem, it wasn't worth it for me to spend the money. As they say, your mileage may vary. :o)

responsible for deploying the airbag in the event of an accident. If this system is malfunctioning, the airbag may not deploy properly during an accident. However, the system does warn you of a system malfunction. The yellow "SRS" light on the dash will light up, indicating a problem with the system. Once you've fixed the problem, you need to know how to reset the SRS light on your Accord

Trouble lights on dash

Hey, The SRS mean " Suplement Restrain System"

Or Air Bag System.

If you have the SRS light, you have problem with the Air bag system. and need to take codes to see what happen or what is damaged.
Honda 2000 Accord come with a yellow connector behind of the Instrument panel fuse box. That is used to take manual codes from the SRS computer.. to see the problem.

I hope this respond your question,

Thank's

1994 Honda Accord Ex dashboard removal

You have to remove the console and radio pod. Then remove 2 screws that you can now get to behind the pod. Then pry out the dash light dimmer switch (the one you use to adjust dash light brightness) remove the screw behind it that holds in the gage cluster trim. Then there is another switch on the other side under the cluster (don't remember what it is) and there is another screw behind it. Have fun, LOL!
