Those are dealer only parts, try a Ford dealer that sells parts on line. The other is to make them up from bulk hose.

YOU HAVE AN EXHAUST LEAK ON THE FRONT END OF THE EXHAUST SYSTEM.GET THAT FIXED ASAP! THAT IS CARBON MONOXIDE!

SOURCE: 97 Ford Taurus 24val 3.0L 6cyl, P1518 IMRC open

There is a technical sevice bulletin for this exact issue. Go to the dealer and request they reprogram the pcm. You should not pay more than a half hour labor, they'll probably try to get a diagnosis fee out of you. Tell them no, just reprogram the pcm to latest calibration. If this doesn't fix it, then repost or pay to chat, but that should fix ya.
