Power Steering Fluid
Power steering pumps are ordinarily lubricated with power steering fluid. Use the correct type for the vehicle. Check the owner's manual if you are unsure.
Usually it's a belt driven power steering fluid pump that has hoses that lead to the rack and pinion steering.
Unscrew the cap and add power steering fluid to it there.
Again, check your belt driven accessories, and one of them will be the power steering pump, usually up top or down below a little bit. They usually make it easy to check the power steering fluid since it is something that can lose fluid if there is a leak.
If you don't have any power steering problems, like squeaking or lack of power steering performance, I wouldn't worry about it too much.
