The owners manual has the layout. If no manual the fuse box cover has the layout also. If no cover get a chiltons or go to a ford service dept and they should be able to get one for you.
usually on the under side of the fuse box cover there is sticker with the layout of the different fuses. Look in the owners manual that's in the glove box, that should show the layout.
On page 301-302 of the owner's manual there is a LIMITED fuse box layout. Fuses are located on the driver's side in the dash on the side and under the hood next to the battery.
