The fuse for the front wipers and the front and rear washer motors is fuse #11 in the Junction Box Fuse/Relay Panel (Under the left side of the dash.) It is a 30 Amp fuse.
The rear wiper motor is protected by fuse #12 in the Power Distribution Center (Left side of engine compartment.)
All are controlled via relays, which in turn, are controlled by the Generic Electronic Module. (GEM) Diagnosis of the wiper system should begin with a scan of the GEM to determine if the relay control circuits are causing the fault.
Fuses are found both under the hood in many vehicles but look under the hood first for a box meant to be opened; they are often made so no tools are needed. Look for a thick cable coming from it. If you find it, there is normally a molded layout diagram inside the box that identifies the fuses and their purpose. An inside box is also likely to have a similar diagram inside a removable panel under the dashboard or on the side of a console.
