If it jerks while turning a corner and you are also applying the brakes. Have them checked as the bare minimum you may have warped rotors. If you are very low on fuel and you are turning or braking hard the fuel may slosh around in the tank starving the fuel pump. Also consider putting your car on a hoist and have the front end checked
I would recommend cleaning the throttle body with carburetor cleaner, remove the air inlet to the throttle body and try cleaning. After cleaning will be hard to start but should solve your issue
u may have a brake booster leaking vacum when u apply the brake its useing vacum from engine see if u can hear a hissing sound when apllying brake if so thats ur problem
Did you put in a complete fuel pump assembly which included a new fuel level sender? May be a defective fuel sender on the new pump assembly. Did you have to rewire anything/change plug at fuel assembly? May be bad connection or wrong connections.
first loosen the road wheel nuts.
then jack it up.
then remove the road wheel.
then turn the wheel out (brake side)
get a g clamp put one end on the caliber and the other on the outside pad and wind nice and slowly

Have a mechanic check lower control arm bushing at the rear of the control arm.It is a horizontal bushing retained by a vertical bolt clamping it to frame. The tire will move more forward and back more than it should during braking. canuck mechanic.
