Usually, you start thinking about it around 100,000 miles. They really last a long time, some the life of the car. You should be able to remove one of the covers and take a peak at the belt. Make sure there are no cracks on the belt or it is not tore. Make sure that there is no teeth missing on the belt as well. Start your car and watch it spin. Try to notice if you see it slipping any, if you can. It should be in good shape but you just never know. If it does break, your car will not start and you can possibly get engine damage. The choice is yours. Best wishes. If it was mine, I would change it if money wasn't an issue. They can last a while though. Do to all the covers, they last much longer then your regular belts.
