You did not mention how many miles are on the car but there is 2 things I would check first 1) pull a spark plug and check it if the electrode is round or the gap is much larger than the spec on the eng decal replace the plugs.and check the condition of the wire's the resistance should be 5 ohm's per foot of length
2) remove the large hose that goes from the air box to the throttle body on the intake manifold-if it is really dirty then it needs to be cleaned and the ( idle air speed motor ) will also be very dirty whick will cause a rough idle.
on the coil pack the one all the way to the left thats #4 then going from left to right #4-#1 #2 #3

then on the engine the spark plug closet to the top engine mount is #1 then 234 from left to right 1234 on the engine

1) #1-4 pass side front to rear #5-8 drivers side front to rear 2) 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8 3)#1 is usually marked on cap wires go ccw 4) TDC #1 cyl you must remove the shorting plug before timing it is located by the dist plug or the ignition module small gray plug
