2001 Hyundai Accent 1.6L MFI DOHC 4cyl the Fuel Filter is located under vehicle, center, below cargo area, mountedon top of fuel tank, in fuel pump module.

    we found pressure build up in fuel tank caused misreading of fuel gauge. Opening fuel filler solved it.
